Privacy Policy

9K Network is an independent open-source intelligence publication. Every desk is free, every report is readable without an account, and the organization does not gate intelligence behind a paywall. 9K Network collects the minimum information required to deliver reports and subscriptions, does not sell personal data, and does not profile readers for advertising.

To read reports, no information is collected. An account is never required. To subscribe to the 9K Intelligence Brief, the organization collects the email address voluntarily provided and sends a double opt-in confirmation link before any briefs begin. Contact-form submissions collect a name, email, subject, and message, and are routed only to the 9K desk to respond to the inquiry. The organization may review aggregate, non-identifying analytics (pages viewed, device type) to understand how reports are read; these are never tied to a reader's identity.

Subscribed emails are used solely to deliver the briefs requested. The organization does not transfer email lists to third parties and does not rent, sell, or share subscriber data. Contact submissions are used only to reply and are not republished without consent.

9K Network carries no third-party advertising, no behavioral trackers, and no cross-site profiling. There is no paid tier and no sponsored content. The operation is funded by the methodology and the readership, not by reader data.

The Director and all 9K analysts operate under title, not personal identity. 9K Network does not collect, store, or publish the personal names, photos, or contact details of its operators. No personal information about any team member is retained or disclosed.

Report content is built from legally obtained, open-source public information. 9K Network does not publish or link to personal data that is not already part of the public record in 9K Network reporting.

Every 9K Intelligence Brief email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. A subscription record may also be deleted on request by contacting hello@9knetwork.com. Reading the site requires no account and leaves no reader-identifiable trail with the organization.
