By accessing 9knetwork.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors regardless of subscription status.

All thirteen 9K Network desks are free. Reports are readable without an account, registration, or payment. There is no premium tier and no gated content. The organization reserves the right to change how reports are delivered operationally, but the commitment to free, public access is the structural baseline of the publication.

9K Network publishes analysis derived from legally obtained, open-source public information. Reports represent analytical assessments, not guaranteed fact. Source reliability is tiered and uncorroborated material is flagged, but no open-source product is infallible. A corrections log is published alongside the work it corrects; the organization treats errors as part of the methodology, not exceptions to it. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on published intelligence.

You may read, share, and cite 9K Network reports with attribution. You may not republish full reports wholesale, scrape the feed for resale, or use 9K content to threaten, harass, or facilitate unlawful acts. Automated collection beyond the provided RSS feed is not permitted.

The 9K Intelligence Brief requires double opt-in: an email is sent to the address provided, and briefs begin only after that confirmation link is used. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any brief or by contacting hello@9knetwork.com. The organization will not send the brief to an address that has not confirmed.

Report text, classification headers, report IDs, and the 9K Network identity are the property of 9K Network. Open-source facts and cited external material remain the property of their original sources, credited in each report.

9K Network provides reports "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 9K Network does not warrant that intelligence assessments will prove accurate, complete, or timely for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9K Network is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, published reports.
